We are here to help you in any way we can through these uncertain times. Thank you for your continued trust.
HAND SANITIZER
You’re probably aware that Transcom Solutions sends festive socks and individual-sized hand sanitizers to our contacts to celebrate holidays throughout the year. During the Coronavirus pandemic, we want to do our part to help. As such, we have searched every corner of our office to find any remaining inventory from seasons and holidays past and want to distribute these to anyone who may be in need. Simply email us your mailing address and we’ll ship them to you as soon as possible, completely free! Please stay healthy!
MEDICAL FACILITY TRANSLATIONS
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many medical facilities are prohibiting more than one additional person from attending an injured worker’s appointment. This prevents speakers of other languages from having the Nurse Case Manager AND the interpreter in the room with them. Transcom Solutions can have the interpreter attend the appointment and report the details to the Nurse Case Manager AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
RECORDED CALLS SERVICE
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many of you will be working remotely for many weeks to come. Because of this, you may not be speaking to your injured worker on a recorded line. If you need to do a recorded statement, initial contact, or have any other conversation that needs to be recorded, please give us a call.
All of our lines are recorded, and we can send you the audio file immediately following the call. We will provide this service in ANY language for the same Over-The-Phone rate of $1.80/min, PLUS include the first 10 minutes free just as we normally do.
CORONAVIRUS PREPAREDNESS
Transcom Solutions has put a contingency plan in place to address concerns related to the Coronavirus. We are committed to continuing service during this time. Our contingency plan allows for staff members to work remotely should the need arise. Currently, none of our staff has been affected by the virus. Should a staff member become ill, they are advised to stay home until they have been cleared by their treating physician. Our commitment to the well-being of our staff, and the continuation of your injured worker’s care remains paramount.
All staff members have the ability and authorization to work from home if needed, with the same access to our proprietary database that they would have here in the office. Our servers are located in a secure data center in Orlando, FL.
Our phone and email servers are also housed in our secure data center. There will be no interruption in email or phone service. All phone calls will be routed to our remote phone system client, which has been installed on every Transcom Solutions staff member’s laptop computer.
Our drivers and interpreters have been instructed to inform us immediately if they experience ANY symptoms of sickness at all. All assignments for an affected vendor partner will be cancelled and reassigned immediately. Our service providers have been advised to disinfect their vehicle before and after each assignment, and also to be diligent in their self-care activities as recommended by the CDC.
Our main priority is ensuring that there is no disruption in care to your injured workers during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns at (855) 744-8323.
